I went from feeling single, sad and alone to helping thousands of women understand their worth and value, so they can attract love and a beautiful relationship.
Before there was a smiling, happy, blissful girl in a beautiful marriage… there was a darker cloud covering up who I really was.
I always felt worthless and deep sense of sadness and heaviness in my heart.
I lacked confidence and belief in myself.
I had bad body posture, frowned a lot + I couldn’t make eye contact with people no matter how hard I tried.
I was scared to death that I was going to end up being alone, & all I wanted was a life partner to spend my life with.
I continued to experience heartbreak after heartbreak until one day I realised I needed to make a huge shift in my life.
I made the decision that I would finally learn how to let go of feelings of grief, shame, guilt, fear and anxiety that were holding me back from feeling unconditional love and peace.
It wasn’t until I learned how to heal my heart, and connect with something greater than myself, that I was able to feel whole and happy with myself.
It was from that place where I was able to attract a beautiful relationship.

In this module, you’ll understand the stages of going through a breakup. Bringing awareness and understanding to these stages and emotions, will help you to move past feelings of grief, shame, guilt or fear in regards to moving forward into love.

In this module, you’ll feel the cords that are no longer serving you anymore. We will cut these cords and release any resistance in your being to feeling more joy, peace and unconditional love. When you are able to let go of attachments that are no longer serving you, this is when you feel a sense of personal power in your life.

In this module, you’ll feel the emotions that are weighing you down from feeling acceptance. Heavy emotions such as grief and fear are no longer serving your highest good.
